Returns & Refund Policy
Because our products are freshly made, perishable food items, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been picked up or delivered. This is standard practice for cottage bakeries and helps us keep our food safe and fresh for everyone.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If your item is damaged in transit, or if you receive the wrong order, contact us right away at hellocakiesbakery@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right, usually with a replacement or a refund.
Custom & Special Orders
Custom cakes and personalized orders are made just for you and cannot be returned or refunded once production has begun. If you need to cancel or change a custom order, please reach out as early as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Non-Returnable Items
For food-safety reasons, all baked goods and perishable products are non-returnable. Sale items and gift cards are also non-refundable.
