Processing Time
All orders are freshly baked to order. Please allow 1–3 business days for us to prepare your order before it ships. Custom and large orders may require additional lead time which will be confirmed with you at checkout or by email.
Shipping Methods & Timing
Because our products are perishable, we ship using expedited services to ensure your treats arrive fresh. Orders typically ship Monday through Wednesday to avoid packages sitting in transit over the weekend. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order is on its way.
Perishable Goods & Freshness
Our items are packaged carefully to travel well, but they are best enjoyed soon after arrival. We recommend refrigerating or freezing your order promptly. Please make sure someone is available to receive the package, as we cannot be responsible for items left sitting after delivery.
Delivery Issues
Once an order leaves the kitchen, it's in the carrier's hands, and we can't control shipping delays. That said, we want you to be happy, if your order arrives damaged, melted, or significantly delayed, contact us right away at hellocakiesbakery@gmail.com with a photo and we'll do our best to make it right.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the delivery speed required to keep your order fresh.
